About My Clients
Whether you're a teen navigating high school stress, a young adult figuring out life’s next steps, or an adult balancing relationships, parenthood, and everything in between—I’m here to help. With 10 years of experience as a high school counselor, I’ve supported adolescents through self-doubt, academic and social struggles. Now, as a therapist, I bring that same understanding and expertise to those facing anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship challenges and communication difficulties.

Using CBT and a strengths-based approach, we’ll not only address what’s weighing you down but also help you develop resilience, gain a fresh perspective, and focus on what’s truly within your control. As a DBT-informed therapist, I integrate techniques to help you navigate intense emotions, improve distress tolerance, and break free from unhelpful patterns.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a first-generation Asian American and a mom of two young children, I understand the unique challenges of balancing cultural expectations, identity, and personal well-being. My experience working with adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, and self-confidence has deepened my passion for helping young individuals build resilience and improve communication. I also have a special interest in supporting new and expectant mothers, drawing from both my professional background and personal journey through perinatal and postnatal experiences. My approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and tailored to your unique needs.
