About My Clients
I work with young adults, adults, couples, and teens (15+), especially those navigating C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, or relationship challenges. Many of my clients are creatives, immigrants, third-culture individuals, new parents, or driven professionals who sense something deeper is calling them, even if it’s scary or uncomfortable to face.
My Background and Approach
As an immigrant, I’m deeply aware of how cultural identity, whether through language, family legacy, or the pressure to “fit in,” can shape our inner lives. My approach is rooted in attuned presence, empathy, and insight. I create a safe, judgment-free space where clients can gently explore their inner world, identify unmet needs, and cultivate self-awareness. Together, we face pain, not by pushing it away, but by holding it with care so it becomes a bridge to healing. My role isn’t to give you the “right answer,” but to hold up a mirror, walk alongside you, and help you find clarity. Clients often share how being seen, understood, and less alone brought relief and momentum. I’ve also been honored to offer psychoeducation, resources, and assessments when it’s helpful, always putting the therapeutic relationship first.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe deeply in the power of authentic connection and attunement. My faith, my relationships with friends and family, and my cultural roots have grounded me and reminded me of the importance of community in healing. I care about reducing stigma around mental health and often find myself dispelling myths about trauma, mental illness, and family of origin dynamics in everyday conversations. I value truth, openness, and curiosity. Since I was young, I’ve been keen on asking the kinds of questions that help people go beneath the surface — not to interrogate, but to understand the full emotional landscape of a person’s experience. This value shows up in my work, where I strive to meet clients with compassion and without assumptions. Outside of therapy, I love making jewelry, creating art, reading, and laughing with my loved ones. These creative and relational parts of my life help me stay balanced and remind me that healing and joy can be found in both the big and small moments.
