About My Clients
I work with teens and adults who are motivated to hold themselves accountable while they seek help for concerns of anxiety, burnout, depression, relational conflicts, grief, and loneliness. In my years of practice, I've seen lives change when my clients felt understood and in turn, gain the strength to tap into the emotional core of their wounds. They grew tired of their unhelpful habits, focus less on blaming others and themselves, and take responsibility for creating the life they need.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from Northwestern University's clinical mental health counseling program, in which I was trained in a psychodynamic orientation with integrative approaches of other modalities. I am currently undergoing training to be certified as a clinical anxiety treatment professional (CCATP) and provide ADHD coaching services. My approach is grounded in helping clients gain mental clarity and emotional objectivity through skills training, providing resources, and reflective listening in a non-judgemental and humorous relational space.
