About My Clients
Do you feel like life came with a manual everyone else got but you? Like you're always one meltdown, missed task, or existential spiral away from falling apart? Maybe trauma's in the mix. Maybe ADHD has turned daily life into a never-ending to-do list you can’t finish. You're not lazy. You're not broken. You're burned out from trying to live in survival mode. Together, we’ll find strategies that actually work for your brain and build a life that feels possible again.
My Background and Approach
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I’ve built a toolkit from years of training, lived experience, and working with folks whose brains just don’t fit the mold. My job is to help you find what actually works for you, even if that means no worksheets, no eye contact, and no pretending things are fine when they’re not. We’ll look at how trauma and ADHD shape your reactions, habits, and burnout cycles. Then we’ll build strategies rooted in self-compassion, nervous system regulation, and clarity around what you want from life. You’re the expert in your own experience. I’m just here to help you make sense of it.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that no one is truly as broken as they feel at times. Most of the clients I work with aren’t failing. They’re exhausted from trying to survive in systems that weren't built for them. I believe healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about unlearning the noise and reconnecting with who you’ve always been. Therapy should feel like a conversation, not a performance. You don’t need to impress me or say the “right” things. You get to show up exactly as you are. I’ve navigated trauma, burnout, and the chaos of having a brain that never hits the off switch. I know how deeply overwhelming it can be to even start this process. So if you're reading this, I already think you're doing something brave. Also, I believe pineapple is valid on pizza, naps count as productivity, and life isn't always fair or easy. But we can still find happiness.
