Whether you're dealing with personal struggles, family dynamics, or mental health concerns, I am here to provide compassionate, thoughtful support using humor as much as possible. I work with adolscents and adults who are open to engaging in self-discovery and growth.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed social worker committed to honoring each person's unique perspective and experience. I am committed to supporting you by offering a warm, inviting space where no thought or feeling is too shameful or irrational to share. I typically incorporate a Strengths-based approach using compassion and humor in my work. I enjoy working with clients aged 13 and above who are struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, changes in life, depression or want to process through lifelong trauma. I embrace the importance of people’s self-identification and welcome working with adolescents/adults in the LGBTQ+ community.
