About My Clients
Do you have big questions about what you have experienced in your life and you seek healing? Do you want to grow in your relationships with others and yourself? Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, grief or find yourself in the midst of a transition? I love questions and helping people as they learn more about themselves and their own capacity for healing and wholeness.
My Background and Approach
My approach to counseling is somatic and holistic; I believe wholeness involves all parts of ourselves. My areas of specialization include: grief and loss; anxiety; depression; pre-marital counseling; trauma and PTSD; life transitions (job, marriage, divorce, relocation) and counseling for clergy and ministry professionals. In addition to therapy, I also offer individual and group spiritual direction and lead retreats and pilgrimages on the Camino de Santiago.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a person of faith who enjoys learning about the faith and life experiences of others. Nature and being connected to creation is an important part of my journey. I love volunteering with a miniature schnauzer rescue and hosting exchange students.
