About My Clients
I have experience and enjoy working with children, adolescents, and teens ages 5-18, young adults, and am training and passionate about working with women and women's issues including postpartum depression and anxiety. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma or adjustment to life's toughest situations, I am here to help you feel better and get back to your best self!
My Background and Approach
I have worked with children, adolescents, and young adults since 2018 on issues ranging from problematic behavior-change, depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, impulse control, and more. Depending on individual client needs, I utilize play therapy techniques, solution-focused techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, and reality therapy to help my clients make important improvements in their daily lives.
