I have worked to help clients learn how to respond appropriately to unexpected events, process their thoughts and feelings about triggering events and learned effective coping skills.

I have extensive experience in teaching anger replacement, identifying triggering events and establishing healthy boundaries to reduce the likelihood of an outburst.

I have worked with children to reduce or eliminate manifesting behaviors that make it difficult for them to function in the school and home setting. Therapy focuses on advocacy skills through psychoeducation and understanding self. This helps with identifying replacement behaviors.
