My Background and Approach
I am a licensed therapist providing telehealth across Washington. My work focuses on supporting overwhelmed, high-functioning moms navigating anxiety, postpartum depression, burnout, and major life transitions. I understand how easy it is to lose yourself in the mental load of motherhood while still appearing capable on the outside. My approach is practical, grounded, and collaborative. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, and Internal Family Systems to help you understand patterns, regulate intense emotions, and build steadiness. Therapy with me is a space to be honest, slow down, and develop tools that feel sustainable in real life. My goal is not perfection, but helping you feel calmer, clearer, and more like yourself again.
