My Background and Approach
My practice is primarily psychodynamic, while incorporating elements of cognitive and behavioral therapies as needed to assist in restructuring self-defeating patterns. Utilizing a strengths-based, person-centered approach, I come from the belief that you are the expert in your own life and you have the capacity to handle the problems you face. I integrate elements of mindfulness, helping you to observe your inner experience without judgment.
