My Background and Approach
" Healing does not mean that the damage never existed. It means that damage no longer controls our lives." an axiom that I live by on a daily basis. I have had over 20 years of privilege testing this axiom with many brave souls. Once these individuals made a decision to not be ashamed of their suffering and peel the layers of their pain; they were able to set themselves free of it and create space for increased peace, joy and freedom. My integrative approach to counseling and ability to apply both Eastern and Western philosophies/approaches helps this goal in measured and timed steps.
