About My Clients
My experience has been primarily focused on the justice-involved population with additional competency working with a diverse population of amazing individuals who are experiencing symptoms related to trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance abuse disorders, or are in need of crisis stabilization. Holding space is my courtesy, helping you heal is my goal!
My Background and Approach
I attended Aurora University, IL where I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees in social work. I am a certified facilitator for both Moral Reconation Therapy and Anger Management. Personally, my learning is perpetual so it is of great importance to me to continually educate myself on various vulnerable populations while diversifying my skill set. I am trained in EMDR Therapy taught by Ricky Greenwald with Trauma Institute & Child Trauma Institute.
