I have advanced training in chronic disease management along with specialized experience in multiple areas including; chronic pain and disability, depression, anxiety, stress, insomnia, and mindfulness. I also have expertise in helping individuals who have a history of trauma and who may be struggling with comorbid mental and medical health conditions.
