Every person is an individual, and treatment is tailored to their specific needs. No two courses of treatment are identical. My goal is to help you get to where you want to be.
My Background and Approach
I started as a fine arts major, before switching to a double major in art and psychology. I use the creativity I learned from my art background to think outside of the box, and help clients find creative solutions for their issues. I take a eclectic approach to therapy, drawing on various theories, to customize treatment for each individual.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I personally believe that everyone can benefit from therapy at some point in their lives. We all want to be the best version of ourselves, and therapy can help you achieve that.
