About My Clients
You think ahead, show up, and figure things out. You’re the reliable one, the person others count on. And your mind rarely slows down. Maybe you replay conversations, second-guess yourself, take on more than your share, or struggle to actually settle. Over time, carrying so much can leave you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, worn down, and disconnected. You may know something needs to change without knowing what that even looks like.
My Background and Approach
Therapy is collaborative and responsive to what you need. We can talk things through, explore patterns, build practical tools, and pay attention to what’s happening in your thoughts, emotions, and body. Alongside conversation, we may explore mindfulness, body awareness, and creative reflection as different ways of understanding and working with your experiences. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), with additional training in therapeutic yoga for trauma recovery. My work is grounded in curiosity, choice, and respect for your pace. Together, we’ll explore what feels meaningful and supportive to you, knowing there isn’t one right way to do therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I don’t believe you have to become a different person to see meaningful change. Your experiences hold wisdom, even when they’re difficult to understand. There’s room for uncertainty and reflection without pressure to have everything figured out. Therapy can be a place to set some of what you’ve been carrying down, listen with curiosity, and reconnect with what feels true to you.
