My Background and Approach
Using holistic and strengths-based approaches, I collaborate with individuals to build more understanding of themselves as a whole, exploring the various areas and experiences that have shaped them. My goal is to assist individuals in creating the life they want to live through increasing their confidence, minimizing negative self-talk and self-sabotaging behaviors like overthinking and people pleasing, creating boundaries, practicing coping skills, and highlighting their capabilities and strengths to allow them to live life authentically.
