About My Clients
Perhaps your life seems to check all the boxes from an outside perspective. But inside you feel stuck, struggling to experience the life you want. Maybe you’re reconciling with traumas from your past, or experiencing relationship issues, anxiety, or depression. Life may have thrown you an unexpected detour or significant loss, finding yourself at a crossroads in your career or at the end of a significant relationship. I will work with you to explore, define, and reclaim your path.
My Background and Approach
After 16 years working in marketing and technology, I reclaimed my own path by going back to school for my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), and excited about helping others make meaningful changes in their lives. I opened Reclaim Your Path LLC in 2020 with a clear vision to offer counseling services with soul. I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, psychedelic integration, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. My trauma-informed, integrative approach takes advantage of evidence-based strengths while engaging in the meaning-making process, focusing on what matters most to you. Based on your needs, I may integrate modalities in which I'm trained such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Gottman Method. I am EMDR trained and I am IFS-informed having completed the IFS Circle training.

I am passionate about providing an inclusive, supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel understood. The change process will draw upon your unique resources, strengths, experiences, culture, and background. I’ll work with you to develop a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan designed to meet your goals.
