About My Clients
You may know what you want to change but struggle to figure out how to get there. I’m interested in supporting adults navigating ADHD and executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, trauma-related concerns, substance use and recovery, and difficult life transitions. Together, we can explore patterns, strengthen coping skills, and identify realistic steps toward change. You deserve support that sees the whole person, not just the challenges you’re facing.
My Background and Approach
My background spans behavioral health, recovery support, crisis intervention, case management, and community-based services. I hold a Master of Social Work degree and have specialized training in CCAR Recovery Coaching. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe understanding why we think, feel, and behave the way we do can help us recognize patterns and create opportunities for change. I value compassion, but I also believe support should translate into practical tools you can use in everyday life. Depending on your goals, our work may focus on coping skills, emotional regulation, routines, or healthier responses to stress. I want to meet you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are more than their diagnoses, their past experiences, or their hardest seasons. Our experiences shape us, but they do not have to define our future. I believe compassion and accountability can coexist. We can acknowledge what we’ve been through, give ourselves grace, and still take responsibility for the changes within our control. Growth isn’t about perfection or having everything figured out; it’s about building awareness, learning new ways to cope, and taking meaningful steps forward. I value authenticity, dignity, cultural humility, and meeting people where they are without judgment. I recognize that everyone’s story is different, and I don’t believe there is one path to healing. My hope is to help people feel understood while creating room for honesty, self-discovery, and change. You deserve to be seen as a whole person, with strengths, challenges, and the capacity to grow.
