About My Clients
My clients are women, teens and families who want to feel less anxious, depressed. They are people interested in understanding what emotional blocks are getting in the way of their happiness. They are people who want to learn personalized emotional communication skills which can lead to reaching personal and professional goals.
My Background and Approach
Before receiving my Master's Degree from Columbia University School of Social Work, I was a teacher and it was there in the classroom that I learned how talking ....just saying everything helps a person to feel better and is the first step in reaching personal or professional goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that many of us were brought up having difficulty asking for help, but asking for help is a sign of strength. You've realized that something has to change and that starting therapy you've realized you don't have to do it alone.
