About My Clients
I'm especially committed to helping queer, trans, and neurodivergent adults/adolescents navigate the world, as well as helping them celebrate the sacredness of their difference. The same goes for anyone who feels like an "outsider." Additional clinical focuses include shame, suicidality, CPTSD, autism
My Background and Approach
I aim to help clients dream of and step into more authentic and resilient versions of themselves. In addition to neurodivergent, queer, trans, kinky, poly, etc. clients, my clinical focuses include shame, suicidality, CPTSD, autism, attachment insecurity, OCD, & eating disorders. If you have a particular concern you're curious about, feel free to ask! My practice is client led, trauma-informed, and rooted in harm reduction practices. Ideally, our work together will progress you from "surviving" to "thriving." "Survival" skillbuilding may address interpersonal effectiveness, crisis management or distress tolerance, etc. "Thriving" work may touch upon subconscious drives, self-image, shame, relational patterns, creativity, pleasure, and life-dreaming. We'll meet you where you're at.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My practice is client led, trauma-informed, rooted in harm reduction and anti-oppression practices, and is body-, sex-, kink-, and poly-positive.
