I seek clients who value collaboration and authentic connection. My ideal client wants partnership, not prescription - someone ready to engage in self-discovery through clear, honest communication. You might feel lost or stuck, dealing with anxiety, relationships, or life transitions. I work best with people who appreciate down-to-earth dialogue over clinical jargon and want a therapist who balances expertise with relatability.
My Background and Approach
In therapy, I encourage my clients to be collaborative in their individualized treatment while creating an empathic space for clients to do the work they want to do. I am here to provide a service, personal insight in a professional setting. I am not here to tell you what to do, rather I am here to cooperatively recalibrate your compass to navigate your life. In practice most of my clients would describe me as down to Earth and personable. Though I can talk shop clinically my usual style stems from a desire to understand and to be understood through clear communication. This has been a core value of mine long before I became a Therapist.
