About My Clients

I work with people who feel disconnected—from land, ancestors, their bodies, or true community. You might be seeking alternatives to Western-only approaches. Perhaps you're experiencing eco-anxiety, burnout, or grief that feels both personal and planetary. You sense your healing is connected to something larger than individual symptoms. You're looking for therapy that honors your whole self: your culture, your relationship with the living world, and your place in collective healing.

My Background and Approach

I'm a licensed clinical social worker (TX & CA) and founder of Eutierria Therapy, a nature-based healing modality rooted in Indigenous American Psychology principles. My approach addresses the "wound of separation," the colonial rupture that disconnected us from land, ancestors, body, and community. Eutierria Therapy integrates healing through connection with the living world, reclaiming cultural wisdom, engaging with the collective rather than isolated healing, listening to body-based knowing, and addressing systemic and structural harm. I offer nature-based outdoor therapy, virtual telehealth therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and specialized group therapy. As a Borikua Taino practitioner working on Tāp Pīlam Coahuiltecan territory, I bridge Western clinical training with ancestral wisdom, creating space where your full self is honored as medicine.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is fundamentally about reconnection and restoring what colonization severed. The anxiety, depression, and disconnection many of us carry are responses to systems that taught us we're separate from the earth, from our ancestors, from our bodies, and from each other. Individual healing and planetary healing are inseparable. We cannot be fully well while the land is harmed, while Indigenous sovereignty is denied, while communities are fractured. True therapy must address both personal wounds and the structures that created them. Land is medicine. Ancestors carry wisdom in our bones. Our bodies hold knowledge that our minds have forgotten. Community is essential (we literally cannot heal alone). I believe these are the foundation of wellness that Western psychology has systematically erased. Decolonial healing recognizes that the work of individual healing contributes to collective liberation. This is how we remember ourselves into wholeness.
