About My Clients
Do you struggle with perfectionism, burnout, or the exhaustion of proving your worth? Are you carrying trauma that still feels alive in your body? Maybe anxiety or depression clouds your sense of meaning, or you're exploring questions about identity and authenticity. I work with people ready to move from self-criticism to self-compassion, from numbness to aliveness. If you're seeking a therapist who meets complexity with curiosity and believes radical self-acceptance is possible, I got you.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Master's-level practicum student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Louisville, working under licensed supervision. You benefit from rigorous academic training combined with hands-on clinical experience. I'm grounded in person-centered and existential therapy, integrating ACT, attachment theory, and somatic techniques. Healing happens through conversation, breathwork, and nervous system regulation. I work with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, perfectionism, burnout, and identity exploration across diverse backgrounds and ages (five and older). As a graduate research analyst, I stay current with cutting-edge practices like psychedelic-assisted therapy. I volunteer with the Kentucky Harm Reduction Coalition and serve as a bilingual co-therapist for licensed clinicians working with Spanish-speaking clients. You're working with a clinically trained, research-informed, community-engaged therapist committed to your healing.
