I assist in examining how childhood experiences, family dynamics, and trauma, affect how people form or maintain relationships, and how it manifests itself during significant life transitions, or through the lens that a person views themselves.
My Background and Approach
I am able to support you as you make sense of what you feel in your body and try to understand it better. I use what is known clinically as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Lifespan Integration Therapy (LI)- A gentle body-based therapy, in patients of various ages with a range of mental health concerns.
