My Background and Approach
I consider the mind-body-spirit connection and am certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and trained in Brainspotting. I studied spirituality & healing, grief & loss, forgiveness, and mindfulness at The University of Minnesota’s Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing. I am also a Prepare/Enrich Certified Facilitator.
