About My Clients

My clients are often high-functioning people who sense something is off — not broken, just out of alignment with who they actually are. They've tried pushing through it. They're tired of coping strategies that used to work and no longer do. Some are navigating trauma, anxiety, or addiction. Others are in the middle of a life transition that's harder than they expected. What they share is self-awareness and a willingness to do real work.

My Background and Approach

Before becoming a therapist, I was a CEO with experience living and working across multiple cultures. That background — combined with my own hard-won lessons navigating life's challenges — shapes how I show up for clients. I understand high performance and its costs. I know what it means to look capable on the outside while something underneath is asking for attention. I use a top-down, bottom-up approach, working with both the mind and the body. Top-down, we examine the thoughts, beliefs, and narratives driving your experience. Bottom-up, we work with what your body is holding — the tension, the reactivity, the patterns that live below conscious thought. I draw from multiple evidence-based modalities and adapt my approach to each client. There is no one-size-fits-all here. I'm direct and will challenge you — because real change doesn't happen in comfortable conversations. I'll also listen without judgment and without agenda.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

believe that most people who walk into a therapist's office are brave. Asking for help when you've spent years being the one who holds it together takes more courage than most people give themselves credit for. I believe change is possible for anyone willing to do the work. Not easy. Not linear. But possible. I've seen it — and I've lived it. I believe the body and mind are inseparable, and that real healing requires honoring both. I believe that your history doesn't define you, but ignoring it will. I believe therapy should challenge you. A good therapist isn't a validator — they're a honest mirror. Growth lives just outside the edge of comfort. And I believe resilience isn't something you're born with. It's something that gets forged — through difficulty, through honest self-examination, through choosing to keep going when it would be easier not to. That process looks different for everyone. But the path exists. I've seen too many people find it to believe otherwise.
