About My Clients
My goal is to help clients adjust to life without their loved one or the loss they have endured. I utilize grief interventions to encourage patients to move towards re-engagement into life while maintaining a lasting connection with their missing loved one or absence from their loss. I help clients find meaning, healing and resilience. Included in my practice is coping with loss and grief in parents, spouses, children and adolescents; grief and loss in the context of relationships.
My Background and Approach
My background uniquely integrates degrees in law and social work, enhanced by my own lived experiences with profound loss. Navigating personal grief has deepened my compassion, empathy, and understanding, allowing me to connect authentically with clients in their most vulnerable moments. My legal training informs my precision, advocacy, and problem-solving skills, empowering individuals to address complex practical and emotional challenges effectively. Meanwhile, my social work background grounds my approach in empathy, attunement, and evidence-based therapeutic strategies. Together, these professional and personal insights equip me to support clients meaningfully, guiding them thoughtfully on their journeys toward healing, resilience, and renewed hope.
