About My Clients
I work with individuals navigating grief, loneliness, & life transitions. I take a client-centered, empathetic approach to treatment for trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, spiritual abuse, anger management, self-worth, burnout and boundary setting. My approach is warm, practical, & deeply respectful of your story & values.
My Background and Approach
I completed my internship at a community clinic where I had the privilege of working with families, couples and individual therapy. I have a certification in Level 1 Gottman training. I have an emphasis in trauma-informed therapy and have a certification in EMDR. I use evidence-based approaches — including EMDR for trauma & the Gottman Method for couples — to build resilience & develop effective coping strategies. I address the whole person: experiences, values, & relationships. I also specialize in men's mental health, helping men navigate depression, anger, & loneliness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a deep conviction that healthy boundaries — knowing where you end and others begin — are foundational to emotional health and meaningful relationships. Rooted in Bowen Family Systems Theory, I believe that well-differentiated individuals are better equipped to love well, lead well, and weather life's hardest seasons without losing themselves in the process. I also carry a strong conviction for men's mental health — particularly the depression and loneliness that so many men experience but rarely name. Men are often taught to push through, stay silent, and handle it alone. The cost of that silence is real. I believe men deserve a space where honesty is safe and asking for help is understood as strength, not weakness.
