About My Clients
My clients have ranged in ages from adolescence to retired seniors, as well as being from all races, ethnicities, religions, the LGBTQ+ community, as well as neurodiverse identities. I welcome clients from all walks of life, especially those looking for welcome change and long-desired breakthroughs in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I have worked with clients employing Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic Theory, Existential Therapy, Logotherapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I find that these orientations spread a wide net and effectively assist both the client and counselor in reaching an understanding and achieving growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Dr. Viktor Frankl once said that "the meaning of life is to give life meaning." I give meaning to life by offering empathy to my loved ones and my clients as I provide ways of understanding and transcending struggles and pain. Helping others is what life is about. By helping others, we change the world.
