About My Clients
In our work together, you'll find a warm, accepting space where we can explore what matters most to you. I work with adults and adolescents (12+), offering neurodiversity-affirming care in a safe, supportive environment. I specialize in helping people navigate: anxiety and depression, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, relationship challenges, athletic performance & sport/life balance, men's issues, stress management, and emotional regulation.
My Background and Approach
My path to becoming a therapist grew from my own transformative experiences with mind-body healing. After years working in higher education and consulting, I followed my heart to Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, where I completed my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Somatic Counseling. My own lived experience allows me to bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to our therapeutic relationship. My approach draws from several evidence-based modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Psychotherapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Brainspotting, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and HeartMath Biofeedback. By combining cognitive approaches with somatic awareness, we can address both thought patterns and physical responses impacting your well-being. In our work together, you'll discover new ways to regulate your nervous system, process past experiences, and move toward greater wholeness.
