My clients are ideally individuals who are committed and motivated to improving their lives through self-exploration, gaining insight, altering unwanted behavioral patterns and enhancing communication skills.
My Background and Approach
I am a certified addiction treatment counselor (CATC IV) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Bachelor's degree in psychology/addiction studies and a Master's degree in clinical psychology with an emphasis in trauma. I have direct experience working with all populations within multiple outpatient and residential mental health and substance abuse treatment programs for the better part of 12 years. I employ a broad mixture of theoretical ideologies in my approach such a narrative, CBT, DBT, client centered, solution focused and existential modalities. I have a sincere desire to help create everlasting change in the world, near and far.
