Burnout is more than just stress—it's a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged overwhelm, often from work, caregiving, or life demands. I help clients recognize the signs of burnout, set healthy boundaries, reconnect with purpose, and rebuild their energy. Together, we explore how to restore balance without guilt or shame.

Anxiety can show up as constant worry, restlessness, tension, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday situations. I support clients in identifying triggers, understanding the roots of their anxiety, and developing personalized tools to manage it. My approach includes grounding techniques, thought restructuring, and building long-term emotional resilience.

Addiction is often a response to pain, trauma, or unmet needs—not a failure of willpower. I work with clients to explore the underlying causes of substance use in a nonjudgmental space. Through harm reduction, relapse prevention, and trauma-informed support, we focus on healing and creating a path to lasting recovery.

As a therapist, my experience with ACT involves guiding clients through exercises such as mindfulness meditation, identifying personal values, and setting meaningful goals.
