About My Clients

Maybe you’re the person everyone depends on, but privately you’re overwhelmed, anxious, questioning yourself, or just tired of holding everything together. Maybe you’re navigating relationships, major life changes, low self-esteem, or emotions that feel harder to manage lately. I work with teens and adults who want a space where they can be completely themselves. You don’t have to have the perfect words or even know exactly what’s wrong—we can start there together.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and difficult life transitions. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical. I’m not the therapist who will simply nod and ask, “How does that make you feel?” for an hour. We’ll talk honestly about what’s happening, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build coping skills that actually fit your life, and celebrate your progress along the way. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to show up as your real self—even when that means laughing one minute and discussing something difficult the next. You can expect compassion, accountability, encouragement, and a therapist who genuinely wants to understand your world.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing looks different for everyone, and therapy should make room for your culture, identity, relationships, values, and real-life experiences—not ask you to leave them at the door. I value authenticity, compassion, humor, accountability, and meeting people where they are without judgment. Outside of being a therapist, I’m a big believer in finding small things that make life feel good again. I enjoy traveling, being outdoors, finding a good hiking trail or sunset, getting lost in a bookstore, and spending time with my cats. I’m human before I’m a therapist, and I want my clients to feel comfortable being human too.
