From the moment you arrive in my office, I want to celebrate with you every stride of your healing journey. I have a passion to be curious about those who are untangling their value through issues with generalized mental health issues, self-esteem, faith, or complicated relationships with food. I work with adolescents (as young as 9), adults, and in groups to develop a personal starting point of identity and value.
