About My Clients
If you’re tired of being “the strong one,” always showing up while quietly falling apart, I see you. Maybe you’ve been navigating grief that no one seems to talk about, or anxiety that’s louder than your prayers. Maybe you’re a teen or young adult trying to make sense of who you are in a world that doesn’t always feel safe or fair. I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to need a soft place to land. In our sessions, you don’t have to perform or be perfect, you get to be human.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me isn’t just about talking. It’s about finding safety within your own systems and building tools you can use when life gets loud. I work with teens and adults navigating grief, anxiety, racial trauma, and the exhausting pull of perfectionism. My approach is rooted in faith, culture, and evidence-based practices like ACT, DBT, and Brainspotting, inviting you to reconnect with your body, your story, and your resilience. I believe healing begins when we stop performing and start being honest with ourselves and someone who can hold space without judgment. Together, we’ll name what hurts, notice what helps, and build something beautiful in the in-between. My mission is to be a soft place to land and walk with you as you navigate your way. You don’t have to have all the answers, you just have to start.
