About My Clients
I believe therapy should be a safe, non-bias, judge free space where you can be seen & heard regardless of what you are going through. In our sessions together, we can challenge & explore where we currently are in life, & how to manage, cope & overcome obstacles with transparency. With experience working with LGBTQ+, BIPOC, polyamorous, &sex positive, community dealing with various mental health issues and life stressors, together we can set goals and build our toolbox to get to our best self.
