About My Clients
I help women and young adults (16+) who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck—whether you're starting college, figuring out adulthood, juggling work and relationships, or adjusting to motherhood. You don’t have to have it all together to get support. In our work together, you’ll have a space to breathe, make sense of what you’re feeling, and build tools to feel more grounded, confident, and like yourself again.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate (LCMHCA) specializing in anxiety, life transitions, and stress management. I use CBT and solution-focused techniques to help you quiet self-doubt, manage overwhelm, and feel more in control of your life. Whether you’re adjusting to adulthood, juggling work and relationships, or just feeling stuck—I offer a space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow at your own pace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a woman and a mom, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to hold it all together while navigating life’s many roles. I became a therapist because I believe in creating space for women to exhale, feel supported, and reconnect with who they are—beyond the stress, the expectations, and the mental load. I’m especially passionate about supporting women through big transitions—like starting college, entering the workforce, adjusting to motherhood, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what’s next. My values are rooted in compassion, authenticity, and helping you build a life that actually feels good, not just one that looks good on paper. Outside of therapy, I’m a mom to a beautiful daughter and a sweet dog named Marley. I love baking, decorating my home, and getting creative with crafts. Like many of my clients, I’m learning to give myself grace and create joy in the small moments—because healing happens there, too.
