I'm direct and solution focused!I offer 15+ years of dedication with education/hands-on professional experience that includes individual psychotherapy for adults. In areas such as depression, anxiety, life after incarceration, life after losing a child, life after a major weight-loss, women issues, alternatives to addiction, isolation, confidence and wellness.
