About My Clients
Have you been carrying so much for so long that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to truly slow down and breathe? Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, burnout, or a major life transition. You may find yourself overthinking, putting everyone else first, struggling to understand your emotions, or feeling disconnected from yourself and the people you love. I work with adults, teens and couples who are ready to better understand themselves.
My Background and Approach
My clinical work focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, attachment-related issues, emotional regulation, burnout, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I draw from attachment-based, psychodynamic, emotionally focused, cognitive behavioral, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches, integrating practical coping strategies when helpful. Together, we’ll explore the emotions, experiences, and relationship patterns that may be influencing how you feel and respond today. I won’t simply tell you what to do I’ll help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself while building tools you can use outside of therapy. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest without fear of judgment.
