My Background and Approach
I utilize interventions from clinically tested and evidenced based models such as the Gottman Method, Emotionally focused therapy, and solution focused therapy. I view therapy as a safe place that promotes healing. I believe that the process of therapy should be a collaborative one, with the client seen as the “expert” in their life. My goal is to empower families, couples, and individuals and help them feel confident in overcoming any difficulties they are experiencing.
