If you experience anxiety, depression, or grief or are going through a life transition, period of confusion, or wanting to seek improvements in your relationship dynamics, I'd love to support you in gaining skills that will serve you now and well into the future.
My Background and Approach
I use a combination of three different therapy styles: psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy, depending on what fits best for you. I hope to help you 1.) understand why you're feeling the way you are, 2.) how it is impacting your day-to-day life, and 3.) most importantly, how to feel better in a sustainable way. At the end of every session, you'll have a new skill or insight to take with you.
