About My Clients
My client will be someone who is ready to take on the therapeutic journey. As the passenger, my goal is to help individuals to navigate through and be willing to be open, honest, and discover their true selves.
My Background and Approach
Most of my professional work has been with Adolescents, Teens, and Adults. I have work individually with each population as well as in a family setting. I have experience with group practice as well. I have utilized various approaches as all individuals are different including CBT and DBT. I have experience working with Teens who utilize substances with the MDFT model. Also, working with parents and their children with the IICAPS program. My goal with each individual I encounter is to help navigate them to reach thier full potential and be an overall better version of themselves. I will explore different tools with them until they can identify ones that will be beneficial in their everyday lives.
