My Background and Approach
My passion is to partner with you to create an authentic, whole-hearted life. I help people tackle whatever has gotten in the way of this or create this for the first time. Many times people have experiences that cause them to repeat patterns they don’t want or make life complicated. I use trauma-based works to help people who’ve been through hard stuff find freedom. Whether it is big or small, it is all important if it stops you from being who you were created to be. I’d love to support you as you grow and create a life you no longer have to run from.
