About My Clients
My clients are often thoughtful, insightful individuals who may feel overwhelmed by the weight of their emotions or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many are navigating transitions, grief, identity exploration, trauma, or the complexities of relationships. Some come in feeling burned out, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward—but they all share a desire for meaningful change and deeper self-understanding.
My Background and Approach
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in deep respect for your lived experience. I integrate modalities like psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and parts work (IFS) to help you reconnect with your inner strengths. Our work is collaborative—I'm not here to "fix" you, but to walk beside you with curiosity and care. Therapy with me is a space where all parts of you are welcome.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens in relationship—when you feel seen, valued, and safe enough to show up as your full self. I trust that each person holds the wisdom they need for growth, and my role is to help you access that wisdom with compassion and curiosity. I believe that therapy should honor your identity, culture, and lived experience, and I strive to hold space that is anti-oppressive, affirming, and inclusive. I also believe that change doesn’t always come in big leaps—sometimes it’s found in the small, quiet shifts that build over time. Your story matters, and you don’t have to carry it alone.
