My Background and Approach

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a PhD from the University of Arizona. I completed my predoctoral internship at the UA Strategic Alternative Learning Techniques (SALT) Center with university students with autism/ADHD/learning differences, and my postdoctoral fellowship at Frye Psychological Services conducting neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations for pediatric and adult clients. I specialize in CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches for anxiety, depression, trauma, and insomnia (CBT-I). I value curiosity, collaboration, and respect. My goal is to provide clear feedback, practical strategies, and space to feel understood. Whether you’re seeking diagnostic clarity, new coping skills, or a greater sense of meaning in daily life, we’ll work together to meet your goals.
