About My Clients

As a neurodivergent therapist, I know how hard it can be to live in a world where you do not always feel accepted. There can be a lot of shame associated with neurodivergence and I teach others how to focus on appreciating the unique wiring of their brain. If thoughts of food/weight have consumed you, you do not have to battle it alone. If you're healing from an eating disorder or disordered eating, I use an anti-diet approach that focuses on your ability to honor your body.

My Background and Approach

I bring an integrative, strength-based approach using solution-focused therapy, CBT, and DBT in order to help you manage the challenges you face. My work with clients also comes from a Health at Every Size, fat positive, social justice lens. I want you to know that you're not alone and you get to live a life that lights you up. You get to thrive, and I'm here to help you.
