My Background and Approach
None of us goes through life unscathed and naturally we develop self-protective patterns that may no longer serve us and keep us stuck. Together, in a safe, warm, and judgment-free environment, we will explore the underlying sources of your distressing symptoms and unhelpful behaviors. Through in-depth exploration we will focus on uncovering, processing and healing the underlying mechanisms that fuel the symptoms therefore ensuring long-term results. As you become more aware of how your innermost self has had to adapt to the environment, the new ways of relating to oneself and others will emerge.

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and welcome diversity in any shape or form. The therapeutic style I offer reflects my strong belief in the human potential and in the transformative power of human relationships. I hold the belief that one shoe does not fit all and approach my clients through this lens. After all, each one of us is a complex, unique individual with our own one of a kind personal story, and the path to healing lies in exploring these individual beliefs, desires, fantasies and feelings and helping one get in touch with one's innermost self.
