About My Clients
My clients are motivated, diverse individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma and are ready to make a change. Because my approach is person centered, and sometimes includes EMDR therapy, reflections or homework, I work best with people who are consistent and/or are open to consistency. *I am licensed in both NJ and TX, and work with people in both states virtually.*

I understand that coming to therapy is a personal choice, so I take a person centered approach when building rapport with my clients. I have an eclectic approach to treatment, which allows me to customize the tools provided for each client's unique goals. I value each and every one of my clients & enjoy being a part of their journeys to personal growth, healing, and wellness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In my spare time I enjoy creating art through makeup, traveling & spending time with my friends and family. I consider myself a foodie! My experiences growing up as a minority female and volunteering in community-based organizations allow me to be a culturally competent practitioner. I speak Bengali and possess basic conversational skills in Hindi and Urdu, which allow me a diverse range of counseling opportunities!
