About My Clients
I am interested in working with young adults and adults who experience anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or feel stuck in unhelpful patterns. Many struggle with boundaries, self doubt, people pleasing, or chronic overthinking. If your nervous system feels constantly activated and you are tired of just pushing through, therapy can be a space to slow down, gain insight, and build healthier ways of coping.
My Background and Approach
I am a graduate social work student and MSW clinical intern providing virtual therapy for young adults in Connecticut (CT) and Massachusetts (MA). I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, chronic stress, relationship challenges, and the long-term effects of trauma. My goal is to help you feel regulated and supported during life’s most overwhelming seasons. My approach is trauma-informed, gentle, and deeply rooted in nervous system awareness. I provide a warm, collaborative, and safe virtual space where we work at your pace to build practical coping skills that make daily life feel more manageable.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be human, inclusive, and rooted in genuine connection. I am committed to creating a space where people of all backgrounds and identities feel respected, heard, and safe to be themselves. I approach my work with cultural humility and respect for each person’s lived experience. I am passionate about helping people develop self compassion, set healthier boundaries, and move out of survival mode. Outside of my clinical work, I value creativity, meaningful conversation, and continued learning about the connection between the brain, body, and emotional well being.
