I specialize in trauma therapy for adults. My approach to therapy is collaborative and focused on helping you feel empowered enough to share your experiences and supported enough to begin living differently. Therapy is about helping you reconnect with your voice, your power, and the version of yourself that you've always envisioned but feels out of reach.
